Philosophy

Study hard what interests you the most, in the most undisciplined, irreverent, and original manner possible.

I practice non-pathologizing medicine. This is a type of healthcare that doesn’t focus on the disease or disorder, but on the individual. I believe there is nothing wrong with us. Instead, our bodies are compensating to the best of their abilities, through the only ways they understand.

I consider myself highly intuitive, and my goal is to find the root cause. My passion has always been medicine and intricate problem-solving, and I pride myself in being an open-minded, systems thinker.

I use techniques that combine clinical practice and quality improvement. As my patient, you can expect to be heard, understood, and treated with the respect and care you deserve.

  • Health only occurs when there is balance between the mind, body, soul, and environment. I focus on all aspects of well-being and the relationships within them.

  • I welcome patients of all different lifestyles, beliefs, and practices. My goal is to work with that individuality, providing a functional, better quality of life.

  • Patients are in full control during treatment. Informed consent will always be provided in depth, and treatments are continuously reassessed. Patients are provided multiple choices during care, and are empowered to learn about their health and wellness.

  • Private health information is shared using HIPAA-compliant and secure methods. Patients have access to video, messaging, and the client portal.
